As this boes doesn't do much damage you should be able to spend most of your time DPSing

Use Barkskinon Ice Sickles
Ice Sicklesis the biggest damage event of the fight. Make sure people are topped before and after, and careful for any Knife Throwoverlaps. You should also dispel the dot on CD.

The Coaglamation

Use Barkskinon Dark Pulse
Save Convoke the Spiritsfor Dark Pulse. It is the biggest damage event of the fight and you need to make sure to have hots on people before the cast starts.
Make sure that the absorb from Corrupted Coatingis kept under control before any Dark Pulse.

Izo, the Grand Splicer

Use Barkskinon the Splice+ Tremor Slamoverlap
Consider going Bear Formfor Umbral Weavesince shifting out will also allow you to remove the root.
Make sure people have enough HP after Spliceto survive Tremor Slamand Umbral Weave.
